Het blijft toch een kunst op zich, iemand met de juiste woorden een hart onder de riem steken. Onder andere Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama en Beyoncé blijken dit absoluut onder de knie te hebben. Zij wisten de wereld het afgelopen jaar weer een beetje hoop te geven met de volgende bemoedigende uitspraken:
